Service and eligibility
EIFS.ca provides industry discovery, profile, Project, communication and subscription tools. It is not a contractor, consultant, engineer, insurer, payment escrow service or party to contracts between users.
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their account and have authority to act for any Company they manage.
Marketplace conduct
Users must not misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person or Company, evade moderation, upload unlawful material, scrape restricted data or interfere with platform security.
Project Responses and messages are preliminary marketplace communications. Users remain responsible for due diligence and a separate written contract.
Availability, suspension and liability
EIFS.ca may moderate, suspend or remove content and access to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. The private beta may change or experience interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of leads, ranking, workmanship, project outcome or uninterrupted availability.
