Data we handle

EIFS.ca handles account identity, Company membership and profile data, Project and Response data, communications, uploaded files, billing references, security events and consent records needed to operate the platform.

Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by EIFS.ca. Exact Project addresses and private credential files are restricted by permission.

Purposes and sharing

Data is used to authenticate users, operate marketplace workflows, moderate content, prevent abuse, deliver requested communications, administer subscriptions and understand real product usage.

Data is shared only with authorized marketplace participants, service providers acting for EIFS.ca, or authorities when legally required. Public profile publication is controlled through moderation and snapshot rules.

Choices and requests

Users may request access, correction or deletion through the support route. Retention may continue where required for security, disputes, legal obligations or legitimate audit evidence.

Production provider locations, subprocessors and final retention periods require documented approval before commercial launch.
