Plans and billing
Online payment and automatic renewal are not enabled in the private beta. Prices shown on the Pricing page are proposed Canadian-dollar membership prices and are not a charge, invoice or binding offer. A paid membership begins only after manual eligibility and finance review, written acceptance of an order or invoice, and confirmation of applicable taxes and service dates.
No payment-card details should be sent through forms, messages or email. If online billing is introduced later, the checkout screen and approved commercial terms will identify the processor, amount, taxes, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and receipt before payment is authorized.
Plan limits are enforced server-side. A later downgrade preserves existing records where practical but can block new additions, publication or submission while usage exceeds the effective limits. EIFS.ca will provide reasonable notice before a paid plan reduction takes effect, except for safety, fraud or legal reasons.
Verification and placement
Payment does not create Business Verification and does not purchase an undisclosed organic ranking advantage. Any future sponsored placement must be separately labelled.
Changes and commercial activation
EIFS.ca may change private-beta features and proposed pricing before a paid order is accepted. A price or material service change will not be applied retroactively to an already accepted paid term unless the order permits it or the customer agrees.
The operator's legal name, business address, tax registration where applicable, final service description and support contact must appear on the accepted commercial document before paid activation. These beta Subscription Terms do not themselves authorize a charge.
