Cancellation
A Company Owner may schedule cancellation through the implemented billing controls or provider portal. Paid access normally continues through the current paid period unless law or an approved support decision requires otherwise.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility is not automatic and depends on applicable law, the payment record and the final commercial policy approved before live billing. Contact billing support with the Company and invoice reference; never send card details.
