Submitting a notice

A rights holder may submit a good-faith notice through Support identifying the protected work, the exact EIFS.ca URL or record, the complained-of material, contact information, the basis of authority and an attestation that the information is accurate. EIFS.ca may request identity or authority evidence before acting.

Do not submit knowingly false notices. EIFS.ca may restrict content during review, notify the submitting user where lawful, request a response, preserve necessary evidence and restore or remove content based on the available information and applicable law.
