Upload responsibilities
Upload only permitted file types that you are authorized to share. Do not upload secrets, unnecessary personal information, malware, illegal content or documents that violate contractual or intellectual-property rights.
Files remain private unless an implemented workflow and permission explicitly makes derived content public. Credential evidence and exact-address Project documents are not public profile assets.
Security processing
Uploads enter quarantine and require an approved clean scan before access. A clean scan reduces risk but does not guarantee that a file is safe or accurate.
