Essential cookies
EIFS.ca uses secure first-party session cookies and similar storage required for sign-in, account security, language/currency preferences, load balancing and authorized dashboard access. Essential storage cannot be disabled through a consent preference because the requested service cannot operate without it; users may block it in their browser, but authenticated features may stop working.
Analytics and preferences
Persistent non-essential analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking storage is not enabled in the private beta. If analytics requiring consent is introduced, it must remain off until the visitor makes an affirmative choice, and that choice must be changeable later.
Server-side security, availability and fraud-prevention events may be processed without optional browser storage where permitted because they protect and operate the requested service. They are minimized, access-controlled and retained under the documented retention policy.
Managing browser storage
Users can remove or block cookies through browser settings. Where a consent panel is available, it controls only non-essential categories. Rejecting optional analytics must not block access to public marketplace content.
