This operational draft reflects implemented private-beta controls. Canadian legal counsel must approve the final commercial policy before launch.

Commitment

EIFS.ca aims to make public content and core account workflows perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA used as the product target. Automated checks support but do not replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast and user testing.

Third-party content and linked services may have separate accessibility constraints. EIFS.ca will avoid relying on an inaccessible third-party step where a reasonable accessible alternative can be provided.

Feedback and accommodation

Report an accessibility barrier through Support or info@eifs.ca and describe the page, task, assistive technology and preferred response format. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

EIFS.ca will acknowledge the request, investigate the barrier and provide an accessible format or reasonable alternative where practicable. This beta statement must be aligned with the operator's final organization size, jurisdiction and accessibility plan before commercial launch.
