  1. Create the Company

    Sign in, create the Company with its legal and display names, and confirm your Owner membership.

  2. Complete the profile draft

    Add the description, public contact choices, locations, Service Areas, Services, Project types, systems, Portfolio, credentials and public Team entries that apply.

  3. Review privacy

    Keep exact private addresses, credential files and private people data out of public descriptions. Public phone and website fields are opt-in.

  4. Check plan limits

    The billing page shows effective limits. A downgrade preserves records but blocks additions or submission while usage is over limit.

  5. Submit for moderation

    Submission freezes the revision for review. The current published snapshot remains available until a newer revision is approved.

  6. Maintain the profile

    Start a new revision for material changes and keep credentials, service coverage and Company membership current.
